Returns policy: Our customers happiness is vitally important to us, should the item you've selected for some reason be not quite as required we will credit your card or return your cheque on receipt of returned goods, all we ask is that you pay for the postage. Please do not remove items such as readymade curtains, duvet covers, sheets etc from their packaging as they are factory packed and impossible to re-fold exactly as sent out to you. If they have been removed we cannot give a refund. We must be notified within 7 days, after this period we cannot give a refund.
We try as far as possible to ensure accuracy of colour but it is impossible to be 100% accurate as there are so many criteria involved ie lighting, reflective fabrics, time of day, different browsers, technological processes.
